[DECtalk] NV Speech Player

Whoa--what a really big run-on!
Is there a convenient link for the compiled version of this? All I have 
found so far is the code. I do intend to look at the code to see about 
changing the accent, adding other languages, and modifying it so female 
voices are easily done, but a compiled version would be nice. If not, I 
can compile it and provide this on-list.
