[DECtalk] NV Speech Player

Hahaha nice sentence.

I wish it did have a standalone version too, as it can sing. It uses
IPA Values for phonemes and pitch etc, so not sure how easy it is to
get going. The accent right now is sort of a Brit English with
problems, I don't care for it much. If they clean that dialect up,
make a US voice and tweak the stress and consonants a bit, it could
sound a lot like a pleasant combination of DECtalk, Keynote, and
Eloquence.
