[DECtalk] More info on bounces, and hopefully a solution!

To all list members:

Multiple people were complaining about being told their mail was
bouncing. The problem is that the mailing list software is supposed to
let me, as list owner, know when someone's subscription is disabled
because their mail is bouncing. Unfortunately, it wasn't, even though
the appropriate configuration option was definitely set correctly. So I
exported all the list archives and member addresses, and totally
recreated this list from the ground up. If you're sure you were set on
digest delivery or no delivery at all, but you're getting individual
messages again, this is why.

At this point, the bounce process is working properly. This means I will
find out as soon as someone's mail bounces. For right now, I have the
sensitivity set very high, so if you bounce even a single message, it
will disable your subscription and notify both of us. This is so I can
hopefully find out why mail is bouncing, and see if there's anything I
can do about it. After this testing phase, I'll tone down the bounce
sensitivity a bit, to allow for occasional bounces.

Thank you for your understanding.
Jayson
