[DECtalk] tts company

couple things here.  There is a company called lumenvox who sells a tts 
product that uses neospeech and ivona voices but with their own names 
for these different voices.  For example, Ivona Joey is Chris, neospeech 
paul is Jason, and ivona eric is Andrew.
