[DECtalk] concerns about sapi voices on grossgang.com

It would be pretty cool. If speechHub could get integrated, add sapi4
support, there'd be no duplicating efforts. BTW SpeechHub has sonic
integrated, so fast rates are possible with Pico and the like. Just a
bit irritated that I seem to be the only one who thought of this. Then
again, I hear the RB devs are jerks, and their motto is code it
yourself or don't have the feature, so I don't think it'll happen, not
right away anyway.

One central platform would be nice for a change. You could actually
run a sapi5 DT through speechhub using sonic so it won't slur. Finally
some useful things could be done with combining everything.

Sorry for the rambling nature here, I'll be more Decky from now on. :D
