[DECtalk] concerns about sapi voices on grossgang.com

There was never a version of eloquence made for sapi5, as it's a pretty old 
synth and isn't being developped any more that I know of.

Hi,

Is there any way to adapt a SAPI4 voice to work under SAPI5? I'd love to
use Eloquence, L&H, etc. with Sapi5 programs, but I assume they're Sapi4.
