[DECtalk] concerns about sapi voices on grossgang.com

This is now in the same league as the Sapi5 real speak voices that were bundled with JAWS 8 and 9. This version of Eloquence is the one that came bundled with Window-eyes,, all the way to version 7 when they switched to a direct driver. So, I really don’t think this is much of a problem.
