Daniel,
Ivona voices are SAPI5. To use them in NVDA I simply changed from ESpeak to
SAPI version 5 in the synthesizers list.

Hi,
I mostly use eloquence with nvda... A question for you blake: what do 
you use to interface the ivona voices with nvda as I've been thinking of 
trying them?
