[DECtalk] Take a look at this example

Actually, the SAPI freely available on Snoopi's site is Dectalk 4.63,
whereas the SAPI sold by Enable uses/used 4.61. For those new to the list, a
company called Enable Rehab developed a Dectalk SAPI 4.61 and included
various miscellaneous utilities. As beta testers for Enable Rehab a couple
of years ago, Snoopi and I got our hands on a Dectalk SAPI that had been
developed by Fonix. Last year, Snoopi and I decided to release a modified
zip file containing Enable's Dectalk utilities and the Dectalk 4.63 SAPI
that we received while beta testers. Link:

Also for those new to the list, Snoopi is a list member and friend of mine.
He hasn't been posting since August 2012 because nerve damage prevents him
from typing or checking email independently. Therefore, he's still a member
of this list but on nomail per my suggestion.
