[DECtalk] dectalk sapi4 (or maybe sapi3 if it exists)withscreen readers

Is there a way to use 4.61 with the driver? I feel that the 
version with the driver is distorted.

sure wish some dectalk would work with the current version of 
jaws.

 First, I think that's illegal.  Second, it doesn't work.  You 
should use the
 direct driver; there's a new version that works even better.
