[DECtalk] my first attempt at making Dectalk 4.3 sing, April 2013

Hello! Attached is my first attempt at making Dectalk sing. I got Dectalk in January 
2012, and I got little pieces of the manual from dectalk.com, the well-known archive where a 
lot of classic synth-bits can be heard. Finally I got a chance to sit down with the laptop with 
Dectalk 4.3 and program this song. Tell me if you've heard this song before.
