[DECtalk] more Enable SAPI questions

I even want the free speak window.  No one should have to buy  something in 
order to get access to the free stuff.  And, I have a 4.61  Speak Window, 
so I'm dying to compare it with the one from Enable Rehab, but I  don't want 
to buy Dectalk Reader 1 just to get the free Speak Window.
 
And let it be known that if I do get my hands on it, I'm making it easy  
access on my own site because I think the Enable site sucks!  Free should  be 
free, you shouldn't have to buy something to get at the free stuff.   That's 
just wrong!

Hi Alex,
Could you please point out to people that they can have the Speak window  
and the dectalk.dll that is needed for the Speak window for free, so they can 
 try out singing whatever songs they want for themselves?
