[DECtalk] question about Enable's Dectalk SAPI

    Yes, I was the one who posted this, as I ‘ve purchased the product in january.  Yes, the speak window does sing, but the speak window is in the form of an installer inside the dectalk main folder in the zip file.  This version sings because it has direct access to the dectalk dll file, as there are no obsticals that prevent commands from being stripped down.
