Actually you can associate the en files to open using the 4.3 Speak  Window.

The Dectalk 4.3 speak window can only open files called  demo.txt. I am
attaching a zip file with that window to ensure you have all  the necessary
files. The copy I have includes a number of songs as samples  of what can be
done. The authors of most of them are unknown.

Oh! Forgot to  mention. I did find the speak43.exe file on another ftp
server. However  when I try running it, there's an error. (Send error - 
Don't
send error)  message pops up. And something about a file not opening. I'm
assuming there  has to be an .ini file that works with speak43.exe.
