[DECtalk] sapi ductal now available

    Hey guys.  I've purchased dectalk SAPI, and I am proud to say, I'm satisfied with it.  The demo on their website even worked for me.  And yes, it sounds exactly like what you get when you purchase it.  It is 4.61 made by force computers in 2001 if you haven't already heard it.  I remembered playing with that speak window back then, and wanting dectalk so auful bad.  Keep in mind we're still talking about 4.61.  Bottom line is, it was worth my money
