[DECtalk] access 32 from gwmicro

Hi, purchased the access 32 from gwmicro.  Had archived them on a disk, but lost the archive.  However, still have an image of the floppy.  I am now running windows 7, and would like to continue using dectalk.  Is there a person with the files that I need to install dectalk, like I said, I still have a floppy image of the license, and how can I use the slash use code option on windows 7?
