[DECtalk] Dectalk as a clock

Sure, drop a link. I'm interested.

I had a bunch of Dec clocks I was going to share, but the not so
unlikely happened, and my hard drive was on the fritz soon after, thus
making all my hard work void and null. I can recreate them again in
time.
