[DECtalk] What Version of DECtalk Is This? (Link To Audio File Included)

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could identify what version of DECtalk this
is in the recording linked to below?  This is a recording from NOAA
Weather Radio in Des Moines, IA.  Personally, I like the way Paul
reads numbers...there is something about the later DECtalks reading
numbers (and pronouncing other things) that I just do not care for.
