[DECtalk] Any SAPI Dectalk attempt 2 news?

While that is advanced, it's pretty essential to set it that way, otherwise 
if a crash does occur, you're pretty much done. Crashes can happen without 
warning sometimes.
Anyway, back to Dectalk. I hope we see a classic dectalk Sapi. I don't care 
how long we have to wait. I would be using Dectalk a lot more than I do now, 
if this Sapi version sounds close to that.
