[DECtalk] Any SAPI Dectalk attempt 2 news?

Funny interesting little find I just realized. The version of SAPI5 DT
that Devin just posted and that was talked about a few weeks ago on
this list is actually 4.6.3.

Open Control Panel, add/remove Programs, you'll find the version
string in there.
No wonder it sounds like mobile speak, because that's the same version.
