[DECtalk] DECTalk USB Demo2

Hi,

Yeah, I did crank the frication gain and the richness up a bit for
that voice, but I just wanted to see how popping the DECTalk USB would
be. It's not totally classic sounding, and reminds me of a less
muffled 4.6.4, but they really did get some of that 4.3 sound in
there.

For the original DECTalk USB demo posted to the list, here's the link.
I think its not too muffled, at least not as bad as 4.6.4.
