I think I can answer your question but I'm a little confused. The access 32
product is a hardware product so I assume you're talking about SAPI drivers
etc. speak say drivers are all considered open domain they're useless unless
combined with the DECtalk product so you can disk tribute any thing like
that at any time, I'm the one that decided this policy so I'm sure right.
