[DECtalk] something i heard

Hey just a question, what are you using to upsample this? Whatever it is, 
it's introducing some aliasing. APH Studio Recorder has a great upsampler if 
you choose the highest accuracy/slowest setting. Goldwave's upsampler is a 
piece of junk, as it introduces noticeable aliasing.
