[DECtalk] Access 32 On Windows 7

He'd probably be so frustrated that he'd go on this list and develop
KlattTalk from scratch and be a very active member in helping port
this awesome synth to as many platforms as humanly possible. DECTalk
on the iPhone anyone?

Fonix and Force made some big no-nos in my opinion but they do make
for some funny skits! :D
