[DECtalk] Access 32 On Windows 7

Hi,

try uninstalling Eloquence. It's a dirty rotten hack, but it works.
Also, it's perminent, so DT only gets used.

When I did this when I still used JAWS, there was some wierd parameter
values and I had to play with the rate and pitch sliders for them to
snap back into action.
