[DECtalk] something i heard

Hi Corine and Ed,

I'm very happy and thankful for the work put into this product. I
don't really think it's anyone's fault here, we just all want a good
sounding DECTalk. I know that with time, things will improve and we'll
have a classic DT version SAPI!
