[DECtalk] Surprise! Dectalk 5.0 SAPI

Hi,

I got about three bounce notifications, as the list moderator, when the 
attachment was sent out. I think they had to do with the message being too 
big for some mail servers, bigger than they were willing to accept. 
Unfortunately I can't find out the addresses involved because in instances 
like this, the relay mail server I have to use doesn't actually provide the 
address of the bouncing member.
