[DECtalk] question about sapi dectalk

yep, Paul and Frank sounds ok to me, but if they could just remove the 
occasional whisper it would be a little better.  Sometimes during a red 
dwarf episode, it will cut off the voices and whisper really soft for a few 
secs or so.

Other than that, I kind of like that it has quite a bit of inflection in it.
