[DECtalk] Another example

Hi Blake,

I didn't use any rests or pauses in the text, it will still sing with
line breaks as long as there's brackets present at the end of lines.
It still won't sing (just whisper really quietly) when using pauses. I
tried [,<500>] [_<500>] [.<500>] and they all yield the same thing,
whispering DECTalk.
