[DECtalk] Any news?

Hi,
I'm still confused. so, if I were to get a copy of this speak window, it
would be using the new voices we are testing? It would include all of the
data files? Or is it just a new window that we use in place of the old
window for the older versions like 4.3?
I hope I am making sense.
