Oh, that would explain a lot!  We tested this  before it was converted to 
SAPI and Kit was the only problem.  Well, Wendy  didn't whisper, but Kit was 
the only pop feedback problem.  After it became  SAPI, well you all have 
heard how bad it is.
 
The programmer says it's fine which I'll never  understand.
 
So it's gotta be in the conversion.  I think you  guys are on to something.

Yes, you  are right, and I thought of that too. I think they are using an 
older  version for voice data and mistakenly using a newer version to 
synthesize  it.
