[DECtalk] request for sample paragraphs for testing SAPI DECtalk

Hi,

That's a good point. We don't want it abbreviating everything it can, or 
we'll end up saying weird stuff when we shouldn't. For example, my iPod 
says 12 millibars instead of 12 MB or 12 Megabytes, and it just gets 
confusing.
