[DECtalk] Update

   My nephew has solved the problems of building with Visual Studio 2010. I
am now waiting for the code to arrive it has to be sent by mail because of
its size you can't go to the Internet easily. As soon as I get it I will
bust my hump trying to get a base level to start testing with.
