[DECtalk] Dectalk USB longer, better demo?

I just hope in the SAPI version there will be an option to configure
the synth with parameters like frication, breathyness etc. Taht's what
makes DECTalk better, customizability with simple text strings. Maybe
have the voices in a .ini file and have the layout be like:
[Paul]
Name=Perfect Paul
Commands=[:np] [:dv br 20 la 0 br 30 gf 70 pr 200 sm 0 ri 90]

It would be more work to do, but  more people would probably buy it if
things can be customized. Just a thought.
