[DECtalk] Dectalk USB longer, better demo?

Okay, but like th "of" you talk about. That absolutely shouldn't be
nispronoucned
and without something strange being done, it doesn't mnake sense. As an fyi
some of the chnages were because the original code had errors in it that
later compilers wouldn't allow, so we did what the dennis's comments said
which turned out to be different from what the old code actually did. So at
worst case some reverse engineering might have to be done.
