[DECtalk] question on sapi version

?hi, I was also wondering if the Dectalk has been modified to sound like the 
older versions?
As I know Dectalk 4.6.4 sounds different than the older versions 4.3 or 
4.40. So I was just wondering if it would sound similar to the older 
versions of Dectalk.
If it doesn't, I will still get it and use it regularly.
