[DECtalk] DECtalk for Linux - i have it

Hi,


The screenreader T.V. Ramon is famous for is actually the Linux Audio
Desktop called Emacspeak. It works with the Emacs text editor from GNU
and the FSF and basically provides an audio layou tof a desktop and
web browser etc.
