[DECtalk] Happy Birthday song

Hi,

I wouldn't suggest attaching wav or even MP3 files to messages sent to this
list, since this list has a size limit of 40K. One reason for this is to
avoid unintentionally filling up mailboxes with large messages the people
might not even want. If you have something like Dropbox, Sendspace, or a
webserver I'd suggest placing the samples there. If not, I'd be happy to
provide space on my server for the storage of these files, and have you link
to them in messages to this list. If you'd like to take this route, please
get back with me.

As for sample texts to be synthesized, I could probably create some, testing
all nine factory voices and a few custom voices. I know some of the commands
changed somewhere between 4.3 and 4.6X. Will this new version use the 4.6X
commands or revert to the older commands? There are many text examples of
singing and other goofiness available at the DECtalk archive, however, most
of these were designed for DECtalk 4.3.
Jayson
