[DECtalk] Some DECtalk history and what I think we can and can't reasonably do

Well Ed, I certainly agree--and-certainly since my first PC in 1994, DecTalk 
version 4.1c, that's what I like.  When I tried 4.2 I was not so fond of it.
Also as far as speech goes, certainly as an Aquarian dreamer, this concept 
would probably be nearly imposible, but in reading text, I wish I could hear 
the emotions of the writer.  I think that's seemingly 1 avenue which has never 
been explored.  OfCourse an author would have to type code in sentences, so a 
synthisizer would be able to interpretate.
Also, please consider improving Linux drivers.  Thanks so much in advance
