[DECtalk] INtro and Question

Hi Alex, I checked out the URL for dectalk that you posted, and it says 
something like, we don't have a download link yet, but you can find it on 
google.  Is this for version 4.6.3? Or is it the dectalk 5.0 that was posted 
a few months back?
