[DECtalk] DECTalk Access 32 and Windows 7

Hi guys,

I read on a mailing list that someone managed to get DECtalk Access 32
to work on Windows Vista/Windows 7?  This person was using JAWS and
said that he got it to work with JFW 10 and below but JFW 11 and 12
required some modifications before DECtalk would work.
I'm wondering: first, how on earth does one get DECtalk Access 32 to
work on Windows 7?  Second, what modifications are necessary to make
it play reasonably nice with JFW?
