[DECtalk] hey all dectalkers!

Hi,

I'm coming in late on this, but I thought I would state my position 
here. I didn't delete any demos or software from my copy of the archive 
when I was maintainer. If anything is missing, they chose to delete it. 
I still have the 4.3 and 4.6 demos as they were originally. I have no 
idea who runs it and I was never asked or consulted. It would've been 
nice to at least have been asked so I could organize a mirror effort and 
announce it here, but oh well. I did move files around and deleted one 
or two things, but not any demos.
