[DECtalk] hey all dectalkers!

Hey Flint,

I'd be instrested in a torrent of the archive, was going to suggest
that. I can seed forever, so that's not an issue. And I can spread it
around, get others to seed. DecTalk is great, and I laso have the
FonixTalk 6.0 demo.
