[DECtalk] Uploaded a file to the archive, but what do I do from here

Jayson, FYI I'm not using Apache.  It's a resource hog and does a lot 
more than I need.  I was using thttpd but it kept shutting down for no 
reason.  I'm now using Lighttpd and it works much better.  I mention 
this on list in case people wonder why there are no links for size, last 
modified, etc at the top of directory listings.  That's also why the 
header formerly displayed when Jayson maintained the site doesn't show 
up when you visit the home page.  I would like to have nicer web pages, 
but that's not a priority.
