Jahmal,
Whichever version of Dectalk you choose, making DT sing involves three
things. Phoneems (the sounds that make up words), timing (the length of a
note) and pitch (the note itself). Remembering all the phoneems can be
complicated in the beginning, but with time and practice, making Dectalk
sing gets easier.
