[DECtalk] speech synthesizers singing

Corine,
I think the only other speech synthesizer able to be programmed to sing is
VocalWriter. VocalWriter is a singing speech synthesizer for the Macintosh.
I have never used it myself, because I only have access to Windows. I have
however, heard many samples of VocalWriter singing.
In the Dectalk Archive are examples of other speech synthesizers singing,
such as FlexTalk, Microsoft Sapi and Mbrola. However, samples of these other
synthesizers do not include documentation on singing in the Dectalk Archive.
In my oppinion, Dectalk is better than VocalWriter because it is available
for Windows and the program is easy-to-use.
