[DECtalk] DecTalk can speak Italian, but it's rediculous!!!

yes, everything true, but in my first post I meant that DecTalk 4.6.4 has
Italian TTS in it
Of course it's not a good Italian speech, as Loquendo for example; but 
it speaks!
 I was wondering if somewhere a phoneme reference for other languages 
can be found, as in DecTalk archive I found a file with French voice 
singing the French version of "are you sleeping brother John"
