[DECtalk] speech rate

[Alex Parks]

I have version 8 and am thinking of trying the 9 beta.  How do I 
action the graphical buttons?
Also, how can I adjust the pitch ofa voice during reading with a 
command? I tried [conap speed] both with and without a space.
