[DECtalk] making a better way to put in notes

That's exactly what I did.  I recorded a MIDI file playing and the 
voices singing.  I mixed them with Sound Forge and removed some of 
the gaps.  It wasn't 100% perfect but was very close.  Fortunately it 
was a short song.  It would be a nightmare for anything of any size.
