[DECtalk] singing the word all.

[GUI Access]

The DECtalk phonemes for the word "all" are "ao" and "ll"

So while not strictly singing, here's how to get it to say "all" 
using phonemes:

[:ph on]
[ao<1000>ll<300>]

So play around with the note/duration values you want and these two 
phonemes and you're good-to-go.
